1. Use of the Platform

The Platform is intended for use by authorized Paris Baguette drivers, store managers, and administrative staff. Access is granted solely for logistics coordination and operational purposes.

2. SMS Messaging Program

By registering on the Platform and providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS messages related to delivery operations, route assignments, and store notifications.

• Message frequency: Approximately 100 messages per week across all users, depending on operational activity.
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan.
• Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving SMS messages.
• Help: Reply HELP for assistance or contact us at betofon1968@gmail.com.
• We do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. User Responsibilities

Users of the Platform agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information at registration
• Keep login credentials confidential and not share access with unauthorized persons
• Use the Platform only for its intended operational purposes
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of their account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including but not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access, disrupting service availability, or using the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
